No Irish bar would be complete without reference to the local sporting activities and the G.A.A. The Murphy Cup Winners

Sean, a keen all-round sportsman has close links with the "Legion G.A.A. club & Killarney Golf & Fishing Club, states that sport plays a major role in "Murphy's" social itinerary and its patrons have been the recipients of many team awards over the years.

The Hurling Championship

Each year "Murphy's" organise an exciting Darts Tournament, the largest of its kind in the country - the prize being the prestigious Murphy Cup.
